  1. Siapkan 1 kg mutton with fat.
  2. Gunakan 1 tbsp garlic chopped.
  3. Siapkan 3 tbsp Oil.
  4. Gunakan Half tsp crushed black pepper.
  5. Gunakan Half tsp salt.
  6. Gunakan 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
  7. Sediakan Half tsp cumin seeds.

I love serving this with plain rice or with warm fluffy naans. Authentic rogan josh originated in the Kashmir region of India where mutton is the meat of choice. 'rogan josh' translates as red meat and this curry is famous for the use of red meat and the fact that the sauce is quite red in colour. At curry houses, however it is all about the sauce. A rogan josh can be ordered with lamb, chicken.

Cara membuat Rosh/roghan e josh:

  1. In a pan heat oil saute garlic.
  2. Add meat bhonify.
  3. Till it change colour then add turmeric cumin salt b pepper.
  4. Add 2.3 glass water cook for 1 :15 min.
  5. Then add onion tomato (cut half both).
  6. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes Ready to serve.

Blend well until you have a smooth paste. Heat oil in a wide heavy pot over a medium heat, brown the meat cubes in serveral batches and set to one side. Put the cardamom, bay leaves, cloves, peppercons and cinnamon into the same hot oil. stir once and wait until the cloves. Add the tomato, yogurt and water; bring to a boil. Return the lamb and any juices.
