- Siapkan panci kalo bisa anti lengket,tuang air & pasta pandan aduk rata lalu masukkan tepung beras & tapioka aduk rata kembali baru nyalakan kompor masak sambil terus diaduk2 sampai meletup2 dan adonan licin.angkat.
- Tuang adonan cendol kedalam cetakan jika tidak ada bisa masukkan kedalam plastik segitiga lalu gunting ujung plastik. Gunakan kain agar tidak panas saat mencetaknya.siapkan wadah lalu tuang air matang beri es batu,lalu semprotkan atau pencet adonan kedalam air es tadi lakukan sampai habis.
- Masak saus santan.siapkan panci kecil lalu masak semua bahan saus santan aduk sampai mendidih agar santan tidak pecah.sisihkan.
- Masak sirup gula,campur semua bahan aduk sampai mendidih sisihkan..
- Siapkan gelas saji lalu tuang 3 sdm sirup gula tambahan es batu tuang saus santan tambahkan cendol.sajikan selagi dingin.
