  19. Ambil 1 each red bell pepper -- 1" fine julienne.
  20. Sediakan 1 each carrots -- 1" fine julienne.
  21. Ambil 8 ounces napa cabbage -- fine chiffionade.
  22. Gunakan 2 tablespoons basil -- chiffonade.
  23. Siapkan 2 tablespoons mint -- chiffonade.
  24. Siapkan 2 tablespoons cilantro -- lightly chopped.
  25. Sediakan 1/2 package rice noodles (fried @400).
  26. Ambil 2 each limes zest with a micro-plane or finely chopped zest.
