Bahan-bahan dan bumbu yang digunakan untuk pembuatan Nastar:
- Ambil 700 gr tepung terigu pro rendah (kunci biru).
- Ambil 300 gr mentega, saya blue band.

NASTAR (an acronym for NAtional STAndard Race) is the world's largest known recreational ski and snowboard race program. It allows ski or snowboard racers of all ages and abilities, through a handicap system, a way to compare themselves with one another and with the national champion, regardless of when and where they race. - Uleni sampai tercampur rata, saya uleni pakai tangan. Tidak perlu sampai kalis Lalu bagi adonan, saya @15gr, klo bisa lebih kecil yah karena lama matangnya. Hehe. Bulatkan isi dengan selai nanas. Susunan diloyang.
- Olesi dengan kuning telur lalu tabur keju diatasnya Panaskan oven, Oven di suhu 150°c selama 30 menit api atas bawah, tambah 160°c selama 10 menit api atas bawah Sesuaikan oven masing-masing Notes : percobaan loyang 1: saya oven 160°c selama 30 menit, hasilnya luar sudah matang tapi dalam masih mentah/basah Jadilah saya cari suhu yg aman agar matang sempurna, karena bulatan saya besar @15gr.
