Cara membuat Hotteok || Korean Sweet Pancake:
- Campurkan semua bahan kecuali tepung terigu. Aduk rata.
- Tambahkan tepung terigu, aduk dg centong. Jika sudah tercampur (adonan lembek) lalu tutup wadah dg wraping plastic dan biarkan mengembang 2x lipat. Lamanya kurang lebih 1 jam.
- Keluarkan gas dan adonan akan memgempis lg, diamkan 10-20 menit lagi..
- Taburi papan dg terigu, dan keluarkan adonan. Agar lbh mudah tangan kita lumuri juga dg terigu agar adonan tdk lengket ditangan. Bagi adonan dg tangan, saya membaginya menjadi 12 bagian (size untuk anak2). Pipihkan adonan dan beri isian..
- Panaskan non-sticky frypan dan beri sedikit minya goreng. (Seperti akan menggoreng martabak yg dijual). Goreng dg api kecil, jika satu bagian sdh kecokelatan, balik kemudian pipihkan adonan. Masak sampai kecokelatan. Balik lg sebentar angkat. Jadi deh hotteok kita.
