  11. Gunakan 1 mace.
  12. Sediakan 2 bay leaves.
  13. Gunakan 10 cloves.
  14. Gunakan 1/4 cup Water - slightly more than.
  15. Sediakan 3-4 tbsp Oil.
  16. Gunakan 1/2 onion finely chopped.
  17. Siapkan 1/2 tsp ginger finely chopped.
  18. Ambil 2 green chillies finely chopped.
  19. Sediakan As required Coriander leaves finely chopped.
  20. Gunakan As required Mint leaves finely chopped.
  21. Siapkan For For garnish: lettuce or cabbage.
  22. Gunakan 1-2 Onions.
  23. Siapkan as required Cherry tomatoes.

  6. Ensure to evaporate the water completely or the kebab mixture shall turn mushy..
  7. Cool it completely..
  8. Transfer it to a blender and blend to a smooth paste..
  9. Next, add finely chopped onion, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves and mint leaves..
  10. Divide the mixture to 6 -7 equal parts and roll into balls..
  11. Flatten them as desired shape and make kebabs on your palm. Place all of them on a plate..
  12. Heat oil in a shallow pan for frying..
  13. While the oil turns hot enough, gently place the kebabs one by one on the pan..
  14. Fry on a medium heat until golden, flipping to and fro as required..
  15. When they turn golden brown transfer kabab é Zahida to a serving platter..
  16. Garnish with lettuce or cabbage leaves, onion slices and cherry tomatoes..
  17. Serve with green chutney..
