I've been making this deep-dish quiche—and variations of it—for about ten years. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I will make it a bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

- Using a tall coffee mug - melt your butter and place it at the bottom of the cup. No need to spray with Pam or like, but your mug must be a tall one as this quiche will rise up during its cooking cycle and overflow if not..
